Shipping policy

Processing time: orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time: most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days after shipping. Delivery can take longer during holidays, in remote areas or because of carrier delays.

Tracking: every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, email tryverboonline@gmail.com and we'll look into it.

Lost packages: if your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local post office, then email us. We'll work with the carrier to make it right.
